Before moving to Oklahoma City, I
completed my
Doctorate of Chiropractic at Parker College in Dallas, TX.
During
my internship, I had the opportunity to work with patients of all ages,
from newborns to seniors. I decided to focus my practice here in
Oklahoma on a greatly under serviced population - that being women and
children.
Being a mother of a little
boy, I know how
much chiropractic helped me both during and after my
pregnancy. By
keeping the lower back nerves healthy, which supply the uterus, regular
chiropractic adjustments helped me with the pain that accompanied
pregnancy and also gave my baby the best living environment
possible. I have helped several women get through their
pregnancies with great results in this area as well.
Our little boy was adjusted
for the first time when he was just 7
minutes old! After all, being born is roughly equivalent to the trauma
of a car accident. Before the age of 6, most kids will fall
between 2000-3000 times. Knowing this, we keep our little boy well
adjusted so that these minor traumas do not become permanent in
adulthood. |
After completing my Doctorate of
Chiropractic at
Parker College in Dallas, TX, I moved back to my hometown of Oklahoma
City. During my internship, I was able to perform over 200
patient visits. I also worked as a doctor at an Oklahoma City clinic
performing over 2000 patient visits there as well.
I have treated a wide range
of patients,
from those who come in simply for monthly care to keep feeling their
best, all the way to patients who come into the clinic in a wheelchair
and need help to stand.
I have also had the
opportunity to work with
several attorneys and have experience in personal injury, car wrecks,
and worker's compensation cases. I have worked with patients of all
ages and backgrounds. I am dedicated to my patients and
getting
them back to their optimum health is my first priority.
I
practice the safest and most effective chiropractic adjusting
procedures that I have found to be effective. We use a much
gentler, but highly effective adjusting approach which involves no
rotation of the neck or back. |
